Return and exchange policy

At Realworde, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of handmade accessories, we are more than happy to offer you a return or exchange service. The following is our return and exchange policy:

1. Conditions for return and exchange

Return/Exchange time: You have 30 days from the date you received the item to make a return or exchange. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept return or exchange requests.
Merchandise condition: Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The exception is custom goods and promotional goods, which are usually not refundable.
Return/exchange process: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please first contact our customer Service team with your order number, date of purchase, and information about the item you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with detailed return or exchange procedures and relevant guidelines.
2. Return and exchange charges

Return fee: If the goods are returned due to quality problems or we send the wrong goods, the return postage will be borne by us. If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, improper size, etc.), the return postage must be borne by the customer.
Replacement costs: If the replacement is due to the wrong goods or defective goods, the replacement postage will be borne by us. If the customer takes the initiative to replace the goods (such as changing the style, color, etc.), the replacement postage is borne by the customer.
Step 3: Refund

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by us, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, the exact arrival time may vary depending on the payment method.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the packaging of the returned item is damaged, used or does not meet the conditions for return.
